How do we use this information? Your personal information is always protected when given to Willms & Associates Insurance Agency. The information you provide will be used only for your personal insurance requests. We do not give any of your personal information to any non-affiliated party.
Information given to third parties? Some of your personal information is given to our affiliates from other carriers. These carriers work specifically with our system and keeps your information in our private account with these carriers. When required by law or as necessary to protect our customers some of your information will be given but only to our affiliates. If this were to happen our office would contact you personally. Links to third parties- Links on our website that take users to a site of one of our carriers, once on carrier website information entered longer stays with Willms & Associates Insurance. Example: If on our List of Companies page you click on the Auto-Owners Insurance link and type in personal information, that information will not be given to Willms & Associates.

CAN-SPAM Compliance The CAN-SPAM act of 2003 requires us to inform you of correct information being sent out in bulk or individual emails from Willms & Associates Insurance Agency. We comply that no information will be misleading and each individual has the option of opting out. Once opting out you may opt in at your own discretion.
